Banana Smoothie

A deliciously healthy way to start the day it’s breakfast in a glass and a great way to have a meal on the run. 

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups skim milk.
  • 2 bananas.
  • 1 tbsp honey.
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt.
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (dalchini).
  • 6 ice cubes

Method: 1) Place all the above ingredients in a blender, making sure that the honey is the last ingredient added. 2) Blend until all ingredients are smooth. 3) Serve in two tall glasses. 4) Sprinkle cinnamon on top, and a slice of banana to garnish.

 It’s the time to transform the boring ‘milk’ into yummy delicious drink. Let’s get into the new vogue and make the milk tastier. Here come the Frosty Strawberry-and-Cream Milk Shakes.

Ingredients:

  • Pint vanilla ice cream

  • Strawberries.
  • 2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest(tiny bits of lemon peel)

Method: 1) In a blender, purée the ice cream and milk until smooth. 2) Pour into 4 glasses. 3) Rinse out the blender. 4) Add the strawberries and lemon zest (tiny bits of lemon peel). 5) Top the milk shakes with some of the strawberry and serve.

Small and yummy sandwiches bite for all the little genius who always runs late. Ingredients:

  • Bread (cut small in size).
  • Cheese.
  • Dry Fruits/Veggies Toppings.

Methods: 1) Make little sandwiches: cut bread into smaller pieces.

2) Add cheese and toppings (dry fruits/veggies).

3) Place other bread over the toppings and seal the bread with a toothpick. Yummy a mini sandwich is ready to eat!
